Onshape / ERP Migration
Moved Juniper to cloud CAD, then wired it to the ERP.
I moved Juniper off legacy SolidWorks onto cloud, browser-based CAD with full API access, then tied it into the ERP and the configure-price-quote system so a design change propagates instead of getting re-keyed by hand.
The scale it carries: 95 product subfamilies, 85,200+ configured variant rows, bills of material auto-generated from the CAD structure and synced to the ERP. That structure is why three people, two engineers and a product manager, run the whole catalog, and why made-to-order fixtures ship in one to two weeks with nothing sitting in a warehouse.
Two years later Onshape wrote the whole thing up as a case study. I'd have settled for it just working.
