A harness that makes the model know the business.
A context-management harness for large language models, built so the model knows the business instead of guessing at it.
Two instances: one personal, one wired into Juniper operations through Microsoft 365 and the Odoo ERP, pulling across the whole stack for costing, analysis, and the questions people used to walk over to an engineer to ask.
It works because the data underneath is structured: 95 product subfamilies, 85,200+ configured variant rows, every one traceable from CAD to ERP. Those numbers come from the harness itself, crawling the catalog it runs on, which is exactly the kind of question it exists to answer.
Most AI demos work in ten minutes and fall apart in production. This is the inverse, and closing that gap is most of the actual work.
