A power receptacle redesigned as something you'd specify on purpose: solid brass, 65W USB-C charging, and an install method that simplifies the contractor's job instead of complicating it.
It started in the field, not the studio: a category where an NEC code constraint kept every existing option clumsy, and nobody had designed around it cleanly. The design starts from the constraint, not the aesthetic. The constraint is also what makes it defensible.
Underneath it is one engineering base serving two markets, commercial and residential, a shared component platform rather than two separate products. I led it from concept through pre-order.
I took it through full UL certification, which is the part that takes longest and quietly kills most good-looking versions of this product before they reach a wall.
It sold before it shipped: pre-orders confirmed before production ran. BDNY Art & Accessories award. It anchors the power line.
