A family of modular downlights built for light quality first: best-in-class optics, on an architecture that extends the Multiverse platform instead of starting over. Track and downlights on one platform, so a whole room resolves to a single spec.
I owned it end to end as product development director: set the spec, led the engineering, ran the go-to-market.
Extending the platform rather than launching a standalone is the decision that matters. One system grows, the spec stays coherent, and the new family inherits the machine behind it: the same drawn-layout-to-BOM flow, the same one-to-two-week made-to-order clock, no second infrastructure to carry.
